Please convert all text to outlines.

LINKS
All graphics, images, photos, etc., must be embedded as part of the documents not as separate
links.

COLOR
All files should be in RGB color mode.

FILE FORMATS
ALL FILES NEED TO BE 300dpi/ppi resolution or higher.
Low resolution files will not print clearly.

Artwork should be submitted as a PDF (PREFERRED), EPS, or HIGH RES JPEG or PNG

Any files smaller than 20mb in size can be emailed directly to mariebmaurice@yahoo.com.
Files larger than this size can be uploaded to a goggle shared drive, contact Marie Maurice for
instructions for uploading files.

Logos should be sent in vector, EPS format, if available. If not, the logo file must be at least 300ppi

ALL Logos, Ads and Photos Must have a minimum High Resolution of 300 ppi.

Full Page size: (8.5"w x 11"h)
Half Page size: (8.5"w x 5.5"h)
1/4 Quarter Page (4.25"w x 5.5"h)
1/8 Eighth Page (2.25"w x 3.5"h)
